• Packaging Details: Anti Pilling Fleece fabric, commonly made from 100% polyester, is packed in rolls for both domestic and international supply. Each roll is tightly wound on a hard paper or plastic tube to maintain shape and is individually wrapped in a transparent polyethylene (poly) sheet for protection against dust and moisture. Rolls are labeled with essential details such as color, GSM, width, roll length, and lot/batch number to ensure traceability. For bulk exports, multiple rolls are grouped together and packed in heavy-duty HDPE bales, typically containing 4 to 6 rolls per bale. This packing method ensures the fabric remains clean, secure, and easy to handle during storage and transportation. Proper labeling and standardized packing also help streamline inventory management, sampling, and quality control at the buyer’s end. Custom packing can be arranged based on buyer specifications.
